Ecohound Returns Policy

Business to Business

Reasonable care should be taken of all products received from Ecohound. For bulk orders and business to business orders, there are no returns unless the goods have a proven manufacturing fault or an error on our part. Goods should be returned in original condition and packaging.

All refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are at your cost unless specifically agreed by Ecohound beforehand. We will only refund the return shipping costs if there has been an error on our part or a proven manufacturing fault.

We very rarely have to refund or replace but we will sort out any problems as quickly as we can.

We must be informed of any items damaged during delivery within three days to be able to claim against courier. A seven day return period is given. Return postage will not be refunded unless agreed otherwise. Any questions please ask.

Refunds will not be given for items that have been damaged by use or for wear and tear.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.
Please note will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless only we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your business at your cost.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge–we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.

Custom Printed Products – If we custom print bags with customer wording and designs these order cannot be cancelled once production has started.   Should you not be in a position to accept the manufactured goods upon completion any deposit amount paid will be non refundable and Scot-Petshop Ltd / Ecohound Trade have the right to sell your product on either of our website in order to recoup our costs.
